You will help us identify required delivery and process improvements that drive increased efficiency, throughput and quality. You will arrive at decisions on which methods and procedures are the best fit for different work situations.It is your hard work and dedication that will make Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.How You Will Achieve ItKnowledge of mechanical equipment operations and maintenance skill and knowledge with experience in working in a teamHands on experience in pump overhaul (Centrifugal, Diaphragm etc.).Performance matrix environment.Knowledge of Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS), current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and Right First Time technique.Able to demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.Knowledge in Mechanical Equipment Troubleshooting and Analysis Skills.Knowledge and able to create Job Safety Analysis (JSA) / Risk Assessment (RA) in document system.QualificationsMust-HaveMinimum 5 years of relevant experiences in pharmaceutical, chemical, or petrochemical industries for Senior position and Minimum 2 years for Junior position.High School Diploma or GEDWilling to work in 12 Hours rotating shift.
