RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be aware and proactively tuned to the media marketplace on the latest media trends and competitor placements
• Monitor online and offline campaigns, and report on results
• Work closely with media agency to ensure the timely reporting and delivery of online and offline investments
• Work closely with the e-commerce manager to manage digital marketing
• Introducing initiatives to drive traffic, customer engagement and conversion leads
• Review briefs and communicate with agency to prepare proposals for regional office across digital display, OOH, SEM and social media
• Liaise with vendors to prepare artworks and review with regional office before campaign goes live
• Submit Monthly reports to regional office
• Support ad hoc reports submission to regional office with agency
• Ensure Mediayours is up to date with visuals, budget and ad sites
• Manage budget and explore disruptive ideas for activations

• 3 prior years of experience handling media and pr within the fashion industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email skills required
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with both internal and external groups
• Good follow-through practices
• Good team player
• Ability to multi-task and manage tight timeline
• High level of professionalism, especially in maintaining discretion in confidential situations.
