- Ge nerate claims daily
- Collecting payments to insurance companies over the phone.
- Doing outbound & inbound calls. This includes responding to questions and giving information to and from insurance representatives or patients.
- Patient Payment Posting
- Process medical documents with sensitive information.
- Create list of claims with errors (excel or word) for docs to chart and code
- Has knowledge on Insurance verifications to quote what to collect for a patient
- Experience with Prior authorization requests
- Has general knowledge of medical billing to accomplish claim follow up
- Has good attention to detail for the data entry of charges from superbill
