Job Description


  • Work with Vice President of Membership Services on strategy development and execution planning.
  • Provide supporting services to onboard Membership Services team’s operation, including standardization of policies across fleet ships, liaising with other stakeholders/departments on required support & processes.
  • Responsible for overall effective and efficient operation of fleet Membership Services and Membership by trip observation and implementation of Standard of Procedures.
  • Responsible for section’s recruitment and crew deployment for ship based crew of Membership Services & Membership.
  • Talent identification and development process of both ship and shore.
  • Familiar with company and department Policies and Procedures.
  • Responsible for deployment of system to both shore and ship based.
  • Ensure that customer complaints are professionally handled and appropriate level of service recovery are executed.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Possess tertiary education with a minimum of diploma or degree in relevant discipline.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer services operation of which 1 year in the capacity of managerial role in recognised casino.
