Work with Vice President of Membership Services on strategy development and execution planning.
Provide supporting services to onboard Membership Services team’s operation, including standardization of policies across fleet ships, liaising with other stakeholders/departments on required support & processes.
Responsible for overall effective and efficient operation of fleet Membership Services and Membership by trip observation and implementation of Standard of Procedures.
Responsible for section’s recruitment and crew deployment for ship based crew of Membership Services & Membership.
Talent identification and development process of both ship and shore.
Familiar with company and department Policies and Procedures.
Responsible for deployment of system to both shore and ship based.
Ensure that customer complaints are professionally handled and appropriate level of service recovery are executed.
Qualifications & Experience
Possess tertiary education with a minimum of diploma or degree in relevant discipline.
Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
At least 5 years of experience in customer services operation of which 1 year in the capacity of managerial role in recognised casino.
