Transformation, Technology and Operations (TTO) is a 40,000+ employees and $4b cost base organization that provides Technology solutions and Operational excellence for the Bank. TTO Finance function is a dynamic team of 175+ people across multiple locations that supports the TTO organization.
This role provides financial support to drive manage the end-to-end financials for Technology projects within the Bank with a view of driving productivity.
Core Responsibilities Performance Management & Value Creation:
The role supports the Head, Finance Performance Management & Control ensuring effective financial analytics and cost management for the TTO Technology Investment Portfolio, including Tech Simplification.
Monitoring, understanding, tracking and challenging of performance for TTO Simplification Program.
Provision of meaningful and insightful analysis on costs within TTO.
Developing and maintaining an appropriate MIS reporting to assist in the assessment of functional performance.
Maintain a consultative relationship with CIOs & their teams, leverage in-depth knowledge of technology to identify cost synergies that exist both across and between TTO domains.
Partner with the TTO Architects to prioritise investment funding to deliver the TTO simplification and transformation required to deliver cost saves.
Develop and enhance relationships within TTO & Finance to ensure consistency of support, approach and knowledge sharing.
Risk Management
Responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating risks to the Group.
Interpret the Group\xe2\x80\x99s financial information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures.
Ensure a full understanding of the risk and control environment in area of responsibility including listing requirements and disclosure obligations.

University educated
Finance experience of 8+ years in Tech finance.
Relevant accounting qualification i.e., CPA, CMA, ACCA or Finance MBA.

Role Specific Technical Competencies
Finance experience in Tech finance.
Significant experience in cost management and financial control, in financial institutions or Technology organizations.
Proven track record in driving cost efficiencies and productivity in Technology space.
Expert knowledge of technology recharge models.
Strong familiarity with the bank\xe2\x80\x99s financial systems and control frameworks.
Relevant Finance, Engineering or Data qualification.
