Our client, a leading foreign bank, is looking for highly driven experienced mortgage specialists to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with property agents, brokers, and external stakeholders to maximize mortgage loan referrals. Engage a diverse client base, from affluent individuals to mass market customers through inbound enquiries, marketing campaigns, and referrals. Own the end-to-end mortgage application journey, ensuring seamless processing and superior customer experience. Represent the bank at property show flats, networking events, and promotional campaigns, including off-hours and weekends when required. Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to help position our mortgage offerings competitively.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Diploma or higher qualification Min 2 years' proven experience in banking sales, preferably within retail mortgage products Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to work independently and collaboratively Sound knowledge of real estate markets and mortgage regulatory frameworks a plus Self-motivated with a passion for driving business growth
