Castlery is looking for a Senior Motion Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team.As part of our Creative Team that sits in a broader Marketing team at Castlery, your role as a Senior Motion Graphic Designer is to conceptualize and produce visual assets that delights our customers and help to visualize what Castlery products look like in their homes.What you\'ll be doing

• Work closely with the Marketing team to understand project objectives and create eye-catching and engaging motion-based content for various social media platforms -Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Develop concepts, storyboards, and visual styles for motion graphics projects and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Provide creative vision to the editing process and create beautifully composed work.
• Curate appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles for the project.
• Oversee all technical aspects of video production, including correcting faulty footage, grading and colouring, and adding VFX, managing easing and motion, making timing adjustments for smooth flow and pacing, and providing deliverables in all various formats and file types.
• Stay updated with new tools, software, trends and techniques in the motion graphics field.
• Ensure that all motion graphics align with the brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Research and analyze current trends in motion graphics, design, and animation to keep the team\'s work fresh and innovative.
• Mentor and inspire a team of motion graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth.

What you\'ll need

• Bachelor\'s degree in Motion Graphics/ Animation/ Visual Arts or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in motion graphics and animation, with a proven track record of leading creative projects and teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Expert knowledge of visual storytelling through motion across channels.
• Able to handle simple camerawork and strong creative conceptualization capabilities.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills required.
• Able to handle multiple projects at the same time, while ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
• Ability to produce engaging animations efficiently even under extremely tight deadlines.
• A team player who can work well with others.
• Proactive and motivated, with a \'can-do\' attitude.
• Culturally clued up and immersed in social media culture, understanding what a millennial-minded audience loves to watch and engage with on social platforms.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to provide finished assets that adhere to brand guidelines and technical requirements.
• Experience in leading a team.
