A. Job Purpose The motion graphic designer works under the supervision of the art director to create rich media content to deliver the intended messages to drive the target audiences to act.

B. Roles and Responsibilities \xe2\x80\x93 Design and Animation \xc2\xa1 Support the team in high-value projects and pitches, as well as other adaptation projects \xc2\xa1 Brainstorm and conceptualise original ideas with the creatives and strategists to solve clients\xe2\x80\x99 business problems \xc2\xa1 Understand the marketing objectives and communicate the intended message through design \xc2\xa1 Create concept art, style frames, and storyboards to articulate the intended stories \xc2\xa1 Execute the design in the highest possible standard \xc2\xa1 Adhere to brand guidelines to ensure consistent branding and user experience across multiple touch points \xc2\xa1 Work with software engineer, front end and back end developers to ensure the rich media contents are executed as planned

C. Qualification \xc2\xa1 Diploma or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Graphic Design or its equivalent D. Knowledge, Skills and Attributes \xc2\xa1 Campaign-level thinking, and is attentive to the minute details of each artwork at the same time \xc2\xa1 Outstanding in design \xc2\xa1 Knowledge in the requirements of different rich media advertisement formats \xc2\xa1 Strong understanding of site functionalities, navigations, design parameters, best practices, interactions and new web experiences \xc2\xa1 Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere, and Cinema4D or its equivalent
