General Responsibilities

a? Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources;

a? Develop application solution designs, aligning with defined IT applications, Business Solutions standards and processes to ensure adherence.

a? Research and analyse Business Solutions related applications on new technologies as a part of Business Solutions development.

a? Prepare and maintain procedures for Business Solutions application deployment/implementation within timelines and standard operating procedures.

a? Check and analyse business requirements, in turn developing appropriate application solutions, considering technical design/financial/operations aspects;

a? Design, code and test technical solutions as a part of the deployment readiness processes;

a? Share best practices with other subject matter experts in the team related to BS application design, development, processes and policies;

a? Adhere to development and coding standards as defined by technical management;

a? Communicate user needs and priorities, ensuring systems developed operate at optimal performance, as well as to the user's satisfaction;

a? Engage with other IT and business users, identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions;

a? Conduct knowledge transfer, training and best practice sharing with local Country IT or internal stakeholders to ensure knowledge availability/continuity;

a? Drive self-learning and improvement in IT Business Solutions and company behaviours as part of continuous learning;



Job Requirements

a? At least 3-5 years' experience in similar role.

a? Demonstrate technical skills, particularly in the relevant IT application areas and implementations which include requirement gathering, coding, design, testing, and deployment Skillsets: HTML, CSS, .NET, .NET Core, C#, VB.NET, Unit Test, ASP.NET Web Form, ASP.NET MVC, API, JavaScript, jQuery, MS SQL, Store Procedure, Windows Server, OOP.

a? Have experience with the latest JavaScript Framework (Angular,React,Vue,Node .etc) is a bonus.

a? Have experience in a product management environment.

a? Familiar with Azure DevOps concepts (CI/CD pipelines, Repo, Test Plan .etc) and tools.

a? Demonstrate basic ITIL and related IT application technology certifications or equivalent knowledge;

a? Demonstrate knowledge in developing and maintaining policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.

a? Be abreast of the latest technologies and technological opportunities within the specific domain/area of expertise.

a? Strong sense of work ownership and a desire for constant improvements.

a? Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint);





Education

a? Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree in computing/ Information Technology or its equivalent.

Skills Required
