Job Description

:

• Deploy and implement enterprise network infrastructure using Cisco products and solutions.
• Configure and deploy Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and additional products such as Fortinet Firewall, Riverbed, and TrendMicro.
• Provide technical support for both pre-sales and post-sales scenarios.
• Utilize strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve network issues.
• Oversee problem-solving, service contract management, change management, and maintenance management tasks.
• Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, processes, and service records.

Job Requirement:

• Familiar with Aruba and Cisco networking systems
• Relevant hands-on past project implementation, devices, and systems
• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Electronic Engineering / Computer Science
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience in the similar field.
• Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP protocol
• CCNP / CCNA certification will be added advantage
