Job Responsibilities:

• Provide project deployment for customers\' Enterprise IT Network Services.
• Work closely with Project Manager to fulfil project deliverables.
• Perform the role of Project Lead for projects.
• Preferably with good knowledge and hands on experience in any of the following areas:

• Design, planning, integration, implementation and validation.
• System integration and implementation.
• Troubleshooting and problem identification.
• Build or migrate in network infrastructure solutions.
• Support of applications and IT infrastructures.
• LAN/WAN/WLAN: Cisco/Alcatel router, switches, WLC, SDN.
• Network Security Solutions: Fortinet, Checkpoints, Cisco IPS/IDS, Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ISE, Aruba Clearpass
• Network Monitoring: SolarWinds, Cisco Prime Infras, Alcatel Omni-Vista.
• Network Appliances based: F5 LTM/GTM
• Develop test cases and conduct proof of concept tests on new software and hardware prior to upgrade/deployment.
• Establish TAC cases with principal vendor in complex problem till resolved.

• ITE / Diploma / Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Security or equivalent.
• Preferably with Cisco certification (CCNP/CCIE)
• Experience with Cisco, Alcatel, F5 products.
• Experience with LAN, WAN, WLAN, Data and Security networking in implementation.
• Documentation skills to include creating and updating detailed low level design, installation and support documentation.
• Able to work flexible hours especially during after-office hour scheduled maintenance windows.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Work location: Jurong East.
