• Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
• Configure and install software, servers, routers and other network devices
• Monitor network performance and integrity
• Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure
• Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness
• Mentor team members on technical issues
• Create, oversee and test security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery)
• Communicate with users when needed
• Maintain complete technical documentation
• Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability

Job Requirement Good technical knowledge and experience with two or more of the following infrastructure components: SDN, SDWAN, Network Automation, Cloud Solutions, 5G, DHCP/DNS, WAN/LAN topologies and services, WLAN, MPLS, IP management tools, network management applications, Internet, IPT, QOS, EIGRP/BGP, unified communications, multimedia/VoIP solutions, SIP, and contact center technology

• Industry-related experience as a Senior Network Engineer or Network Administrator
• Knowledge and/or Certification on Cisco data networking products and IOS, firewalls, load balancing technology
• Valid CCNP certifications (Routing and Switching)
• Valid CCNP Voice/Collaboration Certification (candidate to provide proof)
• Amazon Connect, Genesys PureConnect, Genesys PureCloud certification (good to have / non mandatory)
• ITIL, PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, Lean certification
• Solid background in network administration and architecture
• In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF)
• Familiar with firewall rules and configuration
• Familiarity with access control models and network security
• Knowledge of coding languages for scripting (e.g Python, Perl)
• Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools (e.g. SolarWinds network tools)
• Solid understanding of network operating systems (JUNOS, Cisco IOS)
• Sharp troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently
• Organizational and mentoring skills
• 5-7 years of experience.

• Work Location: Science Park Drive

• Contract Period: 12 months with annual renewal

• Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

• Shift No / Standby: Yes with allowance
