Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
Configure and install software, servers, routers and other network devices
Monitor network performance and integrity
Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure
Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness
Mentor team members on technical issues
Create, oversee and test security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery)
Communicate with users when needed
Maintain complete technical documentation
Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability
Job Requirement
Good technical knowledge and experience with two or more of the following infrastructure components: SDN, SDWAN, Network Automation, Cloud Solutions, 5G, DHCP/DNS, WAN/LAN topologies and services, WLAN, MPLS, IP management tools, network management applications, Internet, IPT, QOS, EIGRP/BGP, unified communications, multimedia/VoIP solutions, SIP, and contact center technology
Industry-related experience as a Senior Network Engineer or Network Administrator
Knowledge and/or Certification on Cisco data networking products and IOS, firewalls, load balancing technology
Valid CCNP certifications (Routing and Switching)
Valid CCNP Voice/Collaboration Certification (candidate to provide proof)
Amazon Connect, Genesys PureConnect, Genesys PureCloud certification (good to have / non mandatory)
