You will be based in Singapore and provide network services for SGX FX Market's worldwide operation. Our on-prem data centre network is a modern global spine and leaf environment where innovation and automation are key. Supporting SGX FX Market's on-premise data centre networks. . The availability, security and continued operations of SGX FX Market's global network. . The configuration and support of Arista, Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper and A10 products. . Supporting the migration of SGX FX Market's customers from existing providers to SGX FX Market's own infrastructure, providing an ongoing blend of project work and general BAU support services. . Ensuring efficient deployment and standard configuration management through automation. . Troubleshooting issues and handle incident escalations (occasionally out-of-hours) while promoting production change management processes and procedures. . Interfacing with all levels of the business and constantly strive to achieve total internal customer satisfaction. . Bringing your own ideas to optimise and further automate the SGX FX Market network. Requirements . Good experience of working with IT network infrastructure and perhaps, more recently, modern cloud technology. . Experience in technologies such as Arista switches, Fortinet firewalls, Cisco routing and switching products, Juniper SRX, A10 Load Balancers, routing protocols and network virtualization. . Specific network knowledge of OSPF, BGP, MP-BGP, route aggregation and filtering, EVPN, VXLAN, VRFs, Fortinet and Cisco IPSec VPNs, FortiOS, FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer. . Demonstratable knowledge of Rest APIs, Git, PKI and SSL certificates, RedHat/Fedora, DNS, Mail, LDAP and kernel-level debugging would be an advantage. . The individual must have experience in automation and management of network configuration using Ansible, Python, Nornir or similar. . Scripting/coding experience. . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. . Approachable and a team player. . Self-motivated, organised, adaptable and a quick learner. . Excellent organisational and communication skills. . Experience of working in the financial sector could also be beneficial. We will offer relevant financial training to the successful candidate. . A degree in a related field, such as Engineering or Computer Science is desirable.
