Position: Senior Network Engineer
Reports to: IT Infrastructure
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Singapore + Occasional travel to Hong Kong

The successful Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for maintaining data, Voice or Video network hardware while investigating, resolving network issues.Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for providing technical support on data networks for internal and external customers and answer technical questions while implementing the correct course of action.
• Design and manage a corporate enterprise and executive office environment that is growing rapidly as well as manage key supplier and vendor relationships.
• Ensure an escalation path for fault resolution, talking directly to end users, suppliers, and other teams within the organization.
• Responsible for the proactive and reactive network monitoring and management, fault resolution and security patching.
• You will be working on a mixture of projects and be responsible for producing high quality documentation for network design and processes.
• Delivering sample, scalable solutions and processes that improves the user experience.
• Effectively deal with tickets and incidents passed on from the service desk.

• A minimum of 10 years\' experience of supporting a global network, delivering complete end to end connectivity.
• Proven ability to organise & prioritise multiple tasks daily
• Service oriented, accurate, effective, and able to work unsupervised even under pressure
• CCNP Level Qualification
• Support, management, and implementation of Next-Gen Firewalls (Palo Alto)
• Wireless (Meraki preferred)
• Site to Site VPNs on various devices (Inc IOS)
• Zscaler (ZIA & ZPA)
• Thorough knowledge of various routing protocols: BGP, OSPF & EIGRP
• Cisco ISE & 802.1x and Multicast
• Cloud Networking (AWS preferred)
• Familiar with Cisco product range
