Job Description

Responsibilities:

This role will provide technical support and maintenance for IT / Network Infrastructure. Lead CI/CD implementation using Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes; write automation scripts using Ansible and Bash. Provide L2/L3 support, resolve critical incidents, troubleshoot performance issues, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA). Will monitor the system performance, perform troubleshooting and evaluate potential occurrence or new incidents that may arise. Handle system upgrades, replacements and enhancements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field with at least 8 years working experience in IT Support, Network Infrastructure, Hardware, Systems and related IT peripherals. Applications / Systems knowledge in Database, Oracle, Access Management, Backup systems. Infrastructure / Network knowledge in Cisco Networks, Checkpoint Firewall, Palo Alto, Load Balancers, Network routing. Must be comfortable to communicate effectively with end-user clients and senior stakeholders.
