Senior O&M Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• To provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the EnOS™ Platform and related services running upon
• Diagnose and resolve various of issues, to guarantee the services quality (SLA)
• New instance of EnOS installation, components or whole instance upgrading
• Research, analyze, and assist in developing documentation and new processes/procedures collaboratively with the team to keep improving the efficiency and accuracy

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in Operations & Maintenance with background as developer
• Certificate in Azure, AWS or Google will be a plus
• Hands on experience in Linux (CentOS 7), experienced in Shell, Python and JSON
• Understanding of Kubernetes, serverless, docker and cloud services
• Hands on experience of database such as MySQL, Redis, mongo DB - Knowledge of IP, LAN, WAN, DNS, VPN, routing, VLAN, high availability, load balancing, proxy server, API management concepts.
• Strong technical writing skills Full project experience is preferred
