  • Daily morning show - contact customers to top up their overdrawn accounts. Assist with fulfillment of customers' requests. Assist with internal stakeholders' enquiries. Provide customers with forms/other required documents to proceed with their requests/transactions. Perform callback verification and confirmation to customers for (non exhaustive)
  • Monetary transactions such as Telegraphic Transfers, Cashier's Order, Funds Transfer, Fixed Deposit etc
  • Non-monetary transactions such as change of addresses, Credit/Debit card related, Internet Banking related, Banker's guarantee related, Giro related, Loans related etc
  • Handle Customers' dispute and complaints. Perform timely scanning of documents via EWF to respective OCs for processing. Spot cross-sell opportunities and referring to Client Advisors where appropriate.
AML related
  • Report suspicious transaction - To comply with MAS Notice 626 on Prevention of Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism. To file Suspicious Transaction Reporting (STR) when there are grounds to suspect that any banking transactions could be associated with criminal activities, and such suspicion arose in the course of business.
  • Be vigilant in being able to identify any potential money laundering activities.

  • Apply office access cards for new hires or replacement of lost cards Stationery order
  • Archival and retrieval an destruction of unwanted document

  • Form / Static Data checks / Maintenance
  • Perform / Review / Analyze Searches results
  • Ensure Proof of Residential documents for New to Bank clients
  • Enquiry / Corroboration initiation email
  • Ensure accurate account of customers' contacts and other personal particulars to be documented in the Bank's systems.
Segment Upgrade / Downgrade
  • Provide ad-Hoc training
  • Perform / Review / Analyze Searches results
  • EOI Lodgment
  • Account conversion submission
  • Practise proper compliance and risk management
Segment Upgrade
  • Ensure docs are in order
  • Handling of inbound calls/emails/Teams Chat/walk-ins where necessary
  • Know Your Customer (KYC) scanning for Source of Wealth (SOW) updates
  • Archival for the submitted upgrade docs
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in banking operations, customer service, or client onboarding preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of KYC, SOW, and EOI processes is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and documentation skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and customer-focused mindset.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude.
