Responsibilities:

• Process the data for opening of account into the bank system and maintain the relevant data in the system
• Prepare daily and monthly reporting for the Department
• Liaise with Business Unit when required as part of checking of document
• Coordinate with relevant Business Units to obtain necessary information related to the project (when assigned)
• Ad-hoc task as assigned by Team Leader or Department Head
• Ensure timely reporting to senior management and Group Office as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
• At least 2 years working experience in banking, preferably in the area of Corporate Account Services
• Good understanding of Company Registration document, Extract of Resolution and other AML document would be an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Ability to work independently, good team player and able to handle multiple tasks at once;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
