About the Department

The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare proposal to process debt restructuring request
• Prepare approval letter to be sent to customer
• Liaise with customers on debt restructuring matters
• Checker role to credit card statement and property redemption claim.
• Liaison party on office maintenance e.g. liaise with contractor to change office equipment etc.
• Any other reasonable duties or responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in banking or financial institution
• Good time management & interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English (verbal & written)
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Basic Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, etc.) will be an added advantage
