About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Client Services - Disputes & Correspondence is responsible for interacting with clients, either directly or indirectly, in support of sales, trading, relationship management, or portfolio management activities.
  • The Disputes & Correspondence area specializes in a firm\'s in-bound billing dispute process, which includes both written communication, as well as any inbound or outbound calls pertaining to billing issues.
  • Consumer Banking covers activities related to providing services and products directly to consumers through various business channels.
  • This group includes retail banking, consumer lending, auto finance, small business banking, and related business areas.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree with 1 year of working experience in Contact Center or Customer Service
  • Good communication and passionate in serving customers
  • Open to 24/7 shift hours
