Job Responsibilities: * Process Account Opening, Account Maintenance and/or Signature Maintenance for Individual customers * Complete all requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Lev Job Responsibilities: Process Account Opening, Account Maintenance and/or Signature Maintenance for Individual customers Complete all requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement Assist to handle enquiries/ escalation from Local Branches, Contact Centre and Business/Support Units Assist to prepare and submit management/ statistical reports Assist in any projects or ad-hoc initiatives/duties, as assigned. Job Requirements: Good Computer skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and in a team Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Candidates with banking operations experience or with 2 or more years of relevant working experience will have an advantage. Candidates with good performance will be cross trained and given opportunity to be exposed other areas/processes
