What the role is:As a Senior Officer in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.What you will be working on:You will formulate and implement policies on assessments related to lifelong learning, at the workplace and also at ITE collegesYou will work with internal and external stakeholders to plan and administer valid, reliable and fair assessments for various trade areasYou will be involved in developing and deploying computerised systems to support robust assessment processesYou will guide and audit training partners to ensure that assessment standards are upheld across different training schemesYour operational duties include facilitating and supporting the conduct of assessments from the nomination of assessment personnel, scheduling of assessments, developing assessment instruments, processing and analysis of resultsWhat we are looking for:You should enjoy engaging and collaborating with people from all walks of life.You should be adaptable, analytical and resourcefulYou should have a keen interest in technology-enabled innovation, project and operations managementExperience preferred but not essential: building effective team relationship and managing team performanceApplicants may check their application status at the end of 8 weeks from the closing date of this job posting.About Institute of Technical Education:The Institute of Technical Education is a globally-recognised world-class institution for excellence in technical education.
