About the Department
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be part of the PFS Loans Division and your key responsibilities are as follows:
- To review and evaluate customers\xe2\x80\x99 Housing loans accounts
- To prepare and input customers\xe2\x80\x99 Housing loan conversion for Credit Approval
- To prepare and check customer conversion letter of offers
- To follow-up on conversion post-approval and customers\xe2\x80\x99 letter of offer reworks
- To conduct customers loan redemption interviews
- To support ad-hoc assignment by Management and Department Head
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates or Diploma holders with 2 or 3 years of relevant working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact and communicate with people at various level
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work under pressure to produce accurate results to meet deadlines
- A team player with dedication to provide quality performance and speed on execution
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
