Your role:

• Process the monthly payroll for both full time and part time staff
• Generate the monthly, quarterly and yearly payroll report, cost allocations and reconciliation reports of all entities
• Process all billings information to internal entities
• Co-ordinate and attend to ad-hoc payroll inquiries
• Process annual income submission for completeness in accordance to IRAS's requirements
• Process statutory contributions such as CPF and Workers' Levy
• Check on IR21 submissions for all non-resident staff
• Resolve any payroll system related issues
• Assist on internal controls and payroll policies review

Requirements:

• Min a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Business
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Good Excel knowledge
• Able to work on tight timeline
• Meticulous and able to communicate to staff from all levels
