About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

• This centralized reporting team will be the main point of contact to various external parties like Credit Bureau Singapore (CBS) and Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS)
• Involved in performing centralized reporting on behalf of the bank to various external parties like CBS and IRAS
• Ensure timely, accurate and completeness of data reporting to CBS and IRAS
• Single point of contact within the bank to handle data upload, data validations/rectifications, justification and attending queries from CBS
• Single point of contact within the bank to handle data upload and conversion for CRS and FATCA reporting to IRAS
• Coordinate with business and support units on data rectifications at source systems
• Compile and reporting of justifications for Data inconsistencies to CBS and senior management team
• Keep internal stakeholders informed of any material clarifications relating to the report content as requested by CBS
• Engage and preparation of monthly credit bureau reporting, CRS and FATCA for internal stakeholders
• Actively involved and participate in developing a case management tool to handle data validations and reporting to CBS
• Review and participate in process improvements and division automation initiatives

Job Requirements

• A university degree holder in any discipline
• Knowledge on credit bureau reporting, common standard reporting and FATCA will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) in English
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and display resourcefulness to resolve problems
• Able to contribute independently and be an excellent team player
• High level of accuracy and attention to details
• Highly motivated self-starter with personal resilience to perform effectively
• Analytical mindset to process data and implement improvements for the team
