Job Description


  • $6,500 (based on relevant certs and experience)

Our client is a large private bank with a wholesale banking licence in 2010 and awarded a Qualifying Full Bank licence by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, allowing the Branch to offer a full suite of banking products and services to the Singapore market is looking for Treasury Officer.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, measure and manage all treasury specific financial risks on a day-to-day basis.
  • Ensure that both market risk and transactional risk are emanating from the front offices.
  • Maintain information resources and data integrity.
  • Monitor limits and reporting limits breaches, analyse and report exposures; and maintain dealing mandates.
  • Ensure all treasury operational risk controls are in place.
  • Observe full compliance of all regulatory requirements and head office policies and guidelines in the process and completion of deals.
  • Produce treasury related timely management reports.
  • Liaise with relevant departments for account opening and related matters.
  • Liaise with ALM desk for reports generation.
  • Respond to queries with regards to treasury issues arising from the MAS, back offices and auditors.
  • Strictly observe the provisions stipulated in Head Office Instruction ???and all other Head Office and Singapore Branch policies and procedures (as amended from time to time).
  • Assist with timely updates of relevant Treasury Manual of each specific treasury function.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Able to read and write in English and Chinese
  • Good communication skills
  • Meticulous, honest and able to act with integrity
