Our client is a global logistic services industry. It delivers a comprehensive service which includes aspect of warehousing, international freight forwarding and Project management by any mode of transport
Main purpose: -
- Lead, supervisor, manage and coordinate the overall operation events of the company
- Understand the business nature, market requirement & policies related to day-to-day operations of freight forwarding
- Monitors and executive day to day activities/events to team to ensure every required support & demand are delivered to all relevant parties (E.g.: internal and external customers).
- To ensure the flow of the work go smoothly
- Identify and resolve related issue to maximize the efficiency in terms of time, resources as well as costs
- Implement operational plans to improve and track all the work processes in compliance with organisational requirements
- Reporting daily activities of team & department and highlighting issues that is considerably concern.
- Liaise with & attend to enquiries from the partners, clients and teams
- Driving business growth within a company
- Any other ad-hoc if required
- Min Diploma in Logistics Supply Chain
- Min 2-3 years experiences in freight forwarding industry
