Role and Responsibilities
To Collaborate with all parties to ensure that all building works are installed, tested and commissioned to operate Ward in compliance with contracted requirements.
To ensure operational readiness for Go-live to open the ward in phases
To delivery, set up patient beds, medical equipment, Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, mechanical and electrical system, utility system, security system
Operations Management
- To provide leadership to all Functional Leads
- To establish an environment that promotes open communication among staff, and with their patients and families to facilitate clarity of expectations and collaborative partnerships.
- To drive service excellence, innovation and a culture of continuous quality improvement for the facility.
- Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Min 8 years of operations experience in healthcare industry and/or care facilities.
