Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor fuel deliveries, driver schedules, and route planning
Oversee warehouse operations including safe storage, repackaging, and inventory control of hazardous materials
Manage supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, and procurement documentation
Prepare and maintain compliance documentation for NEA, SCDF, and ISO audits
Support ship bunkering operations including fixture preparation and hose length calculations
Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and spill prevention protocols
Perform manual tasks and operate effectively in adverse weather conditions
Candidate Requirements
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Engineering, Safety, or related disciplines preferred
(Applicants without formal qualifications but with relevant hands-on experience are encouraged to apply)
Licensing & Certification:
Class 3 Driving Licence required; Class 4 preferred
Valid Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator (WSHC) certification from an accredited institution
Experience & Skills:
Prior experience in Navy or SCDF HazMat operations is highly advantageous
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards / documentation
Familiar with NEA and SCDF, building and vehicles inspection protocols and licensing requirements.
Strong command of written and spoken English; ability to communicate in Hokkien and Mandarin is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Strong organizational and time management abilities with a proven capacity to multitask
Proactive problem-solving mindset with initiative and creativity to drive process improvements
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other digital documentation tools
Preferably possesses own transport and is willing to travel to Tuas and other operational sites
Able to commit to weekend duties and irregular hours when operationally required
