Responsibilities



Lead and oversee daily operations across [functions, e.g., business operations, customer operations, risk, compliance, technical services]. Design, implement, and improve scalable processes and workflows to support growth of the middle office function Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Risk, Tech, Customer Success) to ensure smooth execution of projects. Monitor operational KPIs, generate insights, and present recommendations to senior leadership. Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Drive automation, tooling, and system improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Act as a key decision-maker for high-impact operational matters.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred. 7+ years of relevant experience in operations, business management, or strategy (preferably in [industry, e.g., fintech, payment]). Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Comfortable working with data, tools, and systems. * Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive results across teams.
