Job Description

Role

Lead day-to-day operations, aligning cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering. Build and optimize business processes to support a fast-growing SaaS startup. Develop dashboards and track key metrics to support data-driven decision making. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets with a focus on efficiency. Drive organizational planning (OKRs, reporting cycles, compliance). Support leadership in scaling operations across different geographies. Foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team.

Sound Like You?

8+ years of experience in operations, business management, or strategy, preferably in tech / SaaS. Strong project management and process design skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action. Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment. Global operations or cross-border experience is a plus.
