The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with hands-on startup or D2C operating experience, making management contributions across multiple functions in production, logistics, sourcing, DTC, and supply chain. The Senior Operations Manager role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting to the Co-Founder. Moom is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to help founders: Oversee and liaise manufacturing of products, where applicable, and ensure we build a robust process that prioritizes quality, consistency, and lead time. Lead, mentor, and grow a high performing DTC Ops team Build a local and international first-mile and last-mile distribution network that delivers our products efficiently and effectively to D2C and B2B customers Manage and lead regulatory compliance for supplement regulations and policies in international markets throughout the region. Work across teams to ensure customer queries are addressed satisfactorily with an ultimate aim to driving down avoidable contacts to the lowest possible levels Identify opportunities to implement automation (where necessary) and streamline efficiency determining the appropriate solutions and investments to do so, and going about procurement, installation, and go-live Develop systems that are data-driven and transparent into all aspects of the business Drive down costs and improving margins in a thoughtful manner, without compromising on product quality and/or customer experience Work with digital product lead and third-party development team on product and technology (front-end and back-end) to enable all of the above and provide a delightful customer experience The Senior Operations Manager has: 5-7 years in corporate or startup operations You enjoy that we are a women's health company who strives to put the customer first You enjoy an open and collaborative work environment You are a leader and self-starter, driving high level strategy while also willing to roll up your sleeves and support in other divisions when necessary Ability to create and scale the operations of a CPG company throughout the region Strong and energetic communication skills Ability to move quickly while communicating effectively The Perks- In addition to competitive pay, all full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits: Free Moom Subscription $200 wellness perk credit/year Referral Bonus Monthly Team Lunches/Adventures Flexible Work Location About Moom: Moom is a women's health company dedicated to creating natural remedies for the modern Asian woman.
