Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Strong competency in account management, candidate management (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, negotiation etc.), job advertising, office administration & customer service.
  • To work with overseas clients and candidates based on the local requirements/time-line.
  • Able to respond to our clients via social media, email and phone call according to their international time where required.
  • Meeting with clients to determine requirements and scope of the Construction, Marine, Process, Manufacturing, Service
  • Acquire & analysis of IT requirements from customers on web development and provide technical consultation which includes recruitment needs.
  • MOM online Application procedure for Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass, Defendant Pass
  • Able to provide Orientation & Training to New Employees and Workers who will be placed on Client Base
  • Support the HR Manager in all elements of the recruitment & recruitment administration process as required.
  • Assist the HR Manager on day to day HR issues.
  • Maintain employee records on employee central, ensuring that all information and organisation charts are up to date
  • Knowledge in web developing
  • Advertising job opportunities on various platforms.
  • Pre-screening of shortlisted candidates for specific roles.
  • Collection & verification of candidate documents.
  • Arranging for interviews \xe2\x80\x93 face to face or video call via various platforms.
  • On-site interview arrangements which include overseas assignment.
  • Executive search, talent sourcing, screening & interviewing of mid to senior level Allied Health & Nursing candidates for various positions in the health-care sector.
  • Maintaining a strong pool of candidates for various positions and with required registrations.
  • Background & Reference check for all candidates.
  • Manage client and candidate expectations.
  • Educating clients on the current market rates for candidates in different sectors.
  • Maintain good relationships with the hiring managers, HR personnel & candidates.
  • Preparation and submission of service level agreements and contracts
  • Servicing existing customers and maintaining close relationship with them
  • Willing to handle workers\' disputes with employer or colleagues, need to solve the issues timely manner and repatriate the workers if required.
  • Liaise with overseas skilled training institutes for recruitment process particularly India & Bangladesh.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent from Recognized University
  • Certificate of Employment Intermediators (CEI) Certified.
  • Minimum 8 year of Experience in Related Sales, Marketing and Recruitment Industries
  • Computer Literate, MS Office Suite
  • Must have good interpersonal communication to communicate with different levels of people.
