Executive search, talent sourcing, screening & interviewing of mid to senior level Allied Health & Nursing candidates for various positions in the health-care sector.
Maintaining a strong pool of candidates for various positions and with required registrations.
Background & Reference check for all candidates.
Manage client and candidate expectations.
Educating clients on the current market rates for candidates in different sectors.
Maintain good relationships with the hiring managers, HR personnel & candidates.
Preparation and submission of service level agreements and contracts
Servicing existing customers and maintaining close relationship with them
Willing to handle workers\' disputes with employer or colleagues, need to solve the issues timely manner and repatriate the workers if required.
Liaise with overseas skilled training institutes for recruitment process particularly India & Bangladesh.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent from Recognized University
Certificate of Employment Intermediators (CEI) Certified.
Minimum 8 year of Experience in Related Sales, Marketing and Recruitment Industries
Computer Literate, MS Office Suite
Must have good interpersonal communication to communicate with different levels of people.
