Senior Operations Manager - iSlurp Vending Machines

About iSlurp:

iSlurp is a fast-growing vending machine business in Singapore delivering

fresh Fuji apple juice

made on the spot. Each machine is designed with advanced cleaning and self-service technology to provide a hygienic, premium, and affordable healthy beverage option. We are scaling rapidly across Singapore and preparing for international expansion.

Position: Senior Operations Manager

Salary:

SGD 6500 to SG$7000 + incentives up to $1,000 (based on KPIs) + health insurance

Progression:

Salary will be reviewed and adjusted higher within 12 months based on performance. Equity in the company will also be available after 12 months, performance based.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily

storage and warehousing operations

for apples and vending machines. Oversee the

cleaning, preparation, and replenishment

of apples for vending deployment. Lead and supervise a team of

drivers, apple cleaners, and kitchen staff

, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards. You will need to build this team ground-up. Develop, implement, and maintain

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

to ensure efficient and scalable operations. Do weekly reporting for management on sales/orders/operational issues. Ensure machines across Singapore are consistently serviced, replenished, and performing optimally. Work closely with the leadership team to identify cost efficiencies, improve logistics, and prepare operations for scale-up.

Requirements:

Poly or Bachelor's degree or diploma in operations, logistics, supply chain, is preferred but not at all required.

We want hands on, efficient, operational leaders.

Valid driving license (preferred, but not a must)

5+ years of experience in F&B operations, vending, or logistics management preferred Strong leadership and people management skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Prior experience with iJooz

or similar fresh juice vending businesses is a strong advantage*
