Job Responsibilities Responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of properties. Manage service providers on maintenance works and obtaining quotations for maintenance / improvement works. Attend to tenants' feedbacks and liaise with tenants to maintain good tenant-landlord relationship. Facilitate in the process of handing / taking over of premises from tenants. Walk the ground regularly to inspect condition of the properties and to highlight any works to be done where appropriate. Job Requirements Diploma inBuilding, Facilities Management or a related discipline. At least3 years of relevant experiences in building operations management. Possess knowledge of potential work hazards, safety procedures and public safety matters. Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Experience working with SAP will be an added advantage. Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task with an understanding of building services.
