Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Operations Manager to oversee the management of their Grade A office buildings. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in real estate development, sustainability reporting, and Green Mark certification. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, expertise in technical drawing analysis, and a deep understanding of submission criteria and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of Grade A office buildings, ensuring top-notch service quality and tenant satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a diverse team of facility managers, technicians, and administrative staff, promoting a culture of collaboration and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for building management, aligning with corporate sustainability and operational goals.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to optimize cost-efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality and sustainability.
- Lead sustainability initiatives, including achieving Green Mark certification and conducting comprehensive sustainability reporting.
- Review and critique technical drawings to ensure compliance with Green Mark criteria and other relevant standards.
- Ensure all buildings comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards through regular audits and inspections.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to promote sustainable practices and achieve environmental objectives.Key Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management within the real estate development industry, with a focus on Grade A office buildings.
- Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) and Green Mark Manager Certification would be advantageous.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong expertise in sustainability reporting and Green Mark certification.
- Proficient in analyzing and critiquing technical drawings.
- Excellent budget management and financial reporting abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and building codes.
- Strong project management and strategic planning capabilities.
