Leading production (Carpentry and printing) team in workshop operations. . Conduct work performance appraisals for the production team with supervisors. . Attend site recce, meetings, and presentations on major projects . Liaise with vendors, suppliers and sub-contractors, project planning, costing and lead time. . Creating vendor listing for project procurement. . Review of operational system and improvement plan . Work on costing, budgeting, procurement, production, and project planning . Create and manages system and processes within the daily operations
