Job Overview:
The Business Operations team for the MCX (Mobile, Compute and XR) Business Unit is responsible for managing the overall operations for the business unit including demand management, supply/demand, NPI, sustaining lifecycle management and reporting/analytics.
We are looking for a Product Support Specialist who will primarily be responsible for conducting comprehensive product level analysis and reporting to enable data centric business decisions. This role will be to support sustaining lifecycle management of products in cooperation with our team in San Diego. Accountable to conduct analysis pertaining to lifecycle operations, oversee and execute operational tasks associated with PCN's (process/product change notifications), quality issues and other lifecycle transitions, as well as sample demand fulfillment.
