Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for end-to-end order processing in SAP, including entering and validating customer orders, managing order changes or updates, preparing documentation, and coordinating shipping to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment Monitor order tracking and ensure all orders follow established fulfillment SOPs Perform SAP inventory reconciliation with warehouse records Manage return merchandise processes across warehouse(s) Establish, monitor, and manage service providers to ensure optimal resource utilization Maintain and manage data for periodic metrics and reporting to Management Handle Certificate of Origin applications Perform other duties as assigned

Pre-Requisites :

Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the consumer electronics industry Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus Strong analytical skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Effective communicator who can work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of ownership Excellent organizational and planning abilities
