Senior Partner, Quantum Computing for Asia is an in-house expert in productizing quantum hardware (superconducting), quantum applications and algorithms, ability to design new demonstrations for bench Senior Partner, Quantum Computing for Asia is an in-house expert in productizing quantum hardware (superconducting), quantum applications and algorithms, ability to design new demonstrations for benchmarking quantum devices, new usecases, and test experiments on large-scale quantum processors. They will have knowledge or relationship with Finland/Netherlands/Germany institutes to build Singapore's capacity and generate value within the region. The role will be responsible for building the Asian quantum computing business, for delivering the customer/market insights, and customer acquisition and retention programs necessary to establish quantum computing business for our clients and its continued growth in Asia. The role's core responsibility will be to use a combination of strong planning and execution skills to successfully plan, develop, execute and measure sales pipelines, demand generation programs to deliver marketing contribution to the sales pipeline and foster and grow the sales and marketing team for the region This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in our an incredibly fast-growing industry. You should be detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities. A solid understanding of the quantum computinglandscape is required for this role. Key job responsibilities Establishing network with Singaporean quantum institutes and European institutes (Finland, Germany, Netherlands, and others) Leading the business development and marketing & communications initiatives for our quantum computing customers for Asia Productizing quantum hardware (superconducting), quantum applications and algorithms, ability to design new demonstrations for benchmarking quantum devices, new usecases, and test experiments on large-scale quantum processors. Productizing enabling technologies for quantum Developing and delivering an integrated Sales and Marketing plan to support Asian sales revenue and business objectives Managing the sales and marketing interlock to ensure that balance of business and marketing objectives are met Delivering a strong marketing and sales qualified pipeline, utilizing analytics and martech tools to optimize leads Working with global marketing communications team (brand, content, portfolio marketing etc.) to support global and local campaigns Plan and execute on the right MarCom mix: C-level relationship programs, digital, social, account/pursuit marketing, customer communication, events, sponsorships. roundtables, media partnerships and etc Day to Day management of the business in Asia Develop and execute customer-driven, locally oriented sales and marketing strategies and programs that will increase customer demand, sales, and positively impact our customer's brand equity REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge in quantum information theory, quantum computing & circuits, quantum algorithms for optimization & AI. Must have experience at the intersection of cloud technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, containers), Quantum computing, and high-performance computing (HPC). Sales experience of quantum hardware (superconducting), quantum applications and algorithms, ability to design new demonstrations for benchmarking quantum devices, and test experiments on large-scale quantum processors. Atleast 12 years of overall experience with some experience in a sales position within a high tech company (Cloud, Telecommunications, Quantum Computing, High Performance computing). Overall experience should include atleast 5+ years of marketing experience, 2+ years of business development/sales & 5+ years of team management experience in the hi-tech industry with a strong demand generation program experience. Experience in a Series A/B/C funded start-up or high growth environment is needed, where the candidate has experienced growth and the people and systems dependencies that go with that. Experience in strategic marketing management & market analysis - demonstrated ability to build & execute a marketing strategy with clear goals & objectives to align to sales objectives and support the growth targets. Regional experience: Should have worked in Asia and Europe. Proven experience in building partnerships with Singaporean quantum institutes and European institutes (Finland, Germany, Netherlands, and others) Atleast two years of experience within quantum computing Publish articles or interviews in major media outlets and present work externally via talks and conferences Global team leadership experience is preferred. Physics or computer science degree is preferred. Degree qualification (Post graduate in personnel management or sales) Knowledge or relationship with Finland/Netherlands/Germany quantum ecosystems may help to distinguish the candidate
