We are AscendaAscenda powers the growth of leading financial services brands worldwide with premium rewards programs that differentiate their products, drive profitable customer behaviors, and create sustained engagement.We are behind the world-class rewards propositions of major banks and fintechs around the globe, including brands like American Express, Capital One, Brex, Robinhood, Ramp, HSBC, Virgin Money (Australia), SMBC (Japan), ICBC (China), Bradesco (Brazil), ANZ (Australia), HDFC (India) and many others.Join us as a Senior Partnerships Executive in our Singapore HQ!Working hybrid from your home office and/or our Singapore office, you will support the APAC Partnerships Manager in deploying initiatives with loyalty partners.You\'ll engage with dozens of loyalty partners supporting our banks and financial partners all over the world to implement your ideas quickly, whilst continuing to learn and grow within a global and diverse team with significant opportunities for career progression.This is your once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to take end-to-end responsibility for driving forward a thriving technology business in a buzzing market.Your ImpactSupport the Partnerships Manager in retaining and growing Ascenda\'s existing portfolio of airline, hotel and loyalty program partners across our full suite of loyalty solutionsCollaborate with our partners to plan, design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channelsMeasure and analyze the performance of Ascenda\'s partnerships and marketing campaigns, develop insights and advise clients on options to increase performanceSupport the development of new products and strategic opportunitiesWho You AreBachelor\'s degree in any discipline3-4 years of experience in partnerships, account management and/or marketingExperience within airline / hotel / loyalty is a big plusAn exceptional written and oral communicatorStrong ability in project management and a proven track record of efficiently handling multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and with high qualityAbility to pull data (SQL), monitor & analyse account performance, develop insights and tell compelling storiesCultural sensitivity and an ability to develop strong relationships with partners from different cultures and backgrounds in the APAC regionAn eye for great design and the ability to articulate direction providing marketing briefs to our creative teamProactive and possess a strong ability to navigate and work independently within a fast-paced and changing work environmentStrong alignment with Ascenda\'s core values of growth mindset, hands-on ownership, supportive collaboration, and radical simplicityWhy Join Ascenda?Ascenda offers the unique opportunity to lead in the fintech innovation space, shaping the future of rewards programs.
