Who We Need

The responsibilities are as stated below:
  • Design, structure and also manage the workflow and processes of the Patient Liaison Centre.
  • Supervise the Patient Liaison Executives to deliver good customer service and build good customer relationship.
  • Manage and handle public enquiries coming through from e-mails, phone calls, walk-ins and websites.
  • Manage and provide assistance for referrals, specialist appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Organise and conduct hospital tours.
  • To carry out effective service recovery to address customers\' concerns.
  • Coordinate and work closely with other departments, hospital staff and specialist doctors to attend to customers\' needs.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to management.
  • Liaise with medical agents on matters pertaining to international patients to provide end-to-end customer support and service.
  • Manage and provide support for local and regional marketing activities.
  • Required to support and participate in local and overseas marketing events, eg. Seminar, trade-shows, media events, etc.
How to Succeed
  • Minimum Diploma / relevant qualifications.
  • At least 2 years PR / customer service experience.
  • Healthcare experience and customer service / call centre experience advantageous.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective team player.
  • Exhibits integrity and honesty.
  • Works well independently.
  • May require to work on weekends.
