Attend to queries from both internal and external customers
Render assistance to patients when necessary
Collect payment for services rendered and accountable for payment collected
Provide financial counselling to patients
Assist with appointment scheduling for patients' follow up
Requirements
Possess at least a GCE 'N' or 'O' levels, Professional Certificate/NITEC or Diploma
Possess the ability to speak two or more languages / dialects will be an advantage (to liaise with dialects speaking patients)
Computer literate
Possess experience in frontline customer service preferred
Possess the ability to work 2 rotating shifts (12 hours shift), including weekends and public holidays
