Job Description
Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Responsible for effecting clinic session changes in system, liaising with different stakeholders to manage patient appointments, as well as other administrative dutiesxc2xb7 Meet quality standards and achieve department KPIs on a monthly basisxc2xb7 Provide excellent customer service and meticulous administrative supportxc2xb7 Any other duties assigned from time to timeRequirements:xc2xb7 GCE 'N'/ 'O' / 'A' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any relevant disciplinexc2xb7 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare industryxc2xb7 Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to applyxc2xb7 Good interpersonal & communication skillsxc2xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsWorking Schedule:xc2xb7 Mon - Fri | Office hours (staggered)xc2xb7 1 half day Sat (AM) every 6 weeks
