This is a major international player in end-to-end Commercial Acquiring, Multichannel Payment Acceptance and Payment Terminal solutions. Merchant Services' unique combination of payment, digital and transactional expertise allows merchants to boost sales and enhance the customer experience.The OpportunityAs a Senior Payment Performance Consultant you will be responsible for analyzing client payment performance metrics (payment success rates, decline rates and reasons, etc.), producing and potentially presenting the resulting reports and recommendations to the internal and external clients. As part of Worldline Consulting Services, the Payment Performance Consultant will qualify, document the needs of the client, and design a statement of work with both client and Worldline's Eterprise staff and lead the realization effort.This role will present the work to the client together with the Worldline's Sales group. You will demonstrate personal functional credibility in front of the internal and external customers. You may also coordinate efforts to import client data into the Worldline's environment for re-presentment through comparative dashboards.Day to Day responsibility

  • Turn data into strategic information which provides actionable business opportunities to let merchants increase revenues at the same time as they optimize their processing costs.
  • Design and create more generally applicable value artefacts from the company's data sources
  • Represent sales / clients in coordinating efforts to implement modifications to improve client payment performance
  • Work together with Sales, Operations, Pre-Sales, Product and the FX teams to identify opportunities for client payment performance improvement
Execute deep level analysis to identify root cause of sub-optimal performance and make recommendations for remedial or enhancement actions
Prepare and lead data workshops
Represent the merchant and the commercial side of the business in requesting enhancements to the quality and quantity of Worldline's source dataWhat are we looking forWe look for big thinkers.   • Minimum Bachelors degree, or relevant internal experience
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Knowledge of SQL and Azure Databricks essential, familiarity with Tableau and PowerBI an advantage
  • Experience in the payment / e-commerce industry is essential, experience with a PSP is preferred
  • Knowledge of debit / credit card processing essentials
  • Experience presenting complex solutions to both a technical and non-technical audience of senior stakeholders
