Lead regional payroll operations, ensuring timely delivery of accurate employee compensation
Liaise with various internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll processing
Maintain accurate payroll records by preparing accounting entries, audit schedules, and reconciliation
Coordinate with auditors to streamline the payroll audit process
Handle all aspects of income tax filing and submission
Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned
The Successful Applicant
Degree in Human Resources/Accounting
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in payroll
Proficient in advanced Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Independent worker who has proven ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
