Responsibilities:

• Oversee global payroll operations, using ADP and working with vendors on monthly payments and employee changes
• Collaborate closely with the People & Talent team to effect payroll changes
• Communicate with employees to resolve payroll-related queries
• Strategize and execute operational process improvements and HR projects

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of HR operations experience at the global or regional level
• Excellent communicator who can connect well with a diverse group of employees (we have 500+ Codans across Asia, EMEA, and the Americas)
• Enthusiastic and motivated to play a key role in elevating our payroll operations
• Trustworthy, resourceful, and quick-thinking; you can develop creative but efficient solutions to streamline operations
• A solid track record of leading a team, with strong accountability and empathy
• Advanced Excel skills are a must-have, while experience using ADP and Jira is nice to have
