We're rethinking homes for how people really live, and we're looking for a Senior Specialist to join our People Operations team to help shape the future of living - one thoughtful detail at a time.

As a Senior People Operations Specialist, you'll play a hands-on role in building and running seamless people processes of our Australia Retail business. This is a critical, hands-on role that ensures our frontline teams are onboarded and supported with operational excellence.
What you'll be doing:

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations for one or two global markets (e.g. contracts, onboarding, offboarding, role changes, etc.).
• Partner with TA and Legal to ensure compliance with labor law and support seamless hiring and employment documentation.
• Coordinate rostering and time tracking data for accurate payroll processing and audit-readiness.
• Track and close out people ops issues across stores including overpayments, classification gaps, or documentation inconsistencies.
• Support the setup and refinement of SOPs for HR operations as we scale across states and other global markets.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Strong process ownership. You're dependable, follow through, and hold yourself to high standards.
• Able to balance compliance and pragmatism. You know what good looks like and can make it work on the ground.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for details and documentation accuracy.
• Comfortable working with remote teams and communicating clearly across functions and time zones.
• Experience with Australian HR operations (retail or shift-based workforce preferred), including basic familiarity with Awards and Fair Work requirements is a big plus.
