Singlife is hiring a resourceful, motivated and creative Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join our Performance Marketing team!

Key Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 ATL, BTL media planning, SEM, performance marketing to meet product, business units\' targets and/or KPIs given within paid media budgets.

\xc2\xb7 Plan effective digital media campaigns, drive acquisitions with CPC, CPA efficiency and remarketing based on ROAS thru Google Ads, GA, FB BM, Adobe Analytics, and vendors.

\xc2\xb7 Recommend new strategies, platforms and initiatives to enhance effectiveness of campaigns.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor website, marketing campaigns for optimization, remarketing and audience behaviours.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure UTM tracking links/conversions, remarketing tags/pixels/GTM are aligned for paid media campaigns.

\xc2\xb7 Work with marketing team, business units, vendors to plan, track, coordinate all SEM, ATL/BTL paid media activities within SOP timeline.

\xc2\xb7 Arrange weekly WIP meetings on updates, feedback and learnings with internal stakeholders, business units, product owners, vendors.

\xc2\xb7 Provide weekly, monthly, digital campaign reports and metrics.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors on ad, text copies, banners, creative assets for campaigns\' set up and execution purpose.

\xc2\xb7 Facilitate SEO invoicing and monitor vendor management activities with website product owner.

\xc2\xb7 Tally, keep track and process paid media campaigns\' invoices for approvals, payments and onboarding of suppliers/vendors.

\xc2\xb7 Other reports and administrative duties, if required.

Requirements

Experience

\xc2\xb7 Good communication and analytical skills.

\xc2\xb7 Positive attitude and mindset.

\xc2\xb7 Be proactive, agile in handling and solving problems.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in online media, able to use tools such as Google Ads, GA, FB BM, Adobe Analytics and other commonly used tools to track metrics and performance.

Education

\xc2\xb7 Diploma in any discipline.

\xc2\xb7 Minimally 3 years\' experience in media planning and online media.

\xc2\xb7 Digital marketing qualifications or trained.
