Bachelor's Degree and above in any field
At least 5 years of total working experience
At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on the paid ads domain
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiar with internet advertising technologies, including tracking and attribution models
Ability to multitask efficiently, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic environment
